Beautiful ocean right outside your back door, we loved it. Busy road right outside front though so be careful of your little kids and also if it’s biker weekend bc it’s very loud on that weekend (otherwise very quiet inside). The inside was clean and there are a lot of bedrooms, which is nice. You have to bring all of your own stuff. No dishwashing liquid, hand soap in kitchen, shampoo, Saran Wrap, Tupperwares, linens, towels, etc.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The location is perfect for families looking to spend some private, quality time in a peaceful area. Not crowded, local traffic only. Perfect for fisherman or leisure boating right from your own private dock. The pool was perfect, a cool place to hang with great views. Short walk to the beach, makes it convenient since there is limited public parking, which you must pay for. Departure maid service was an optional add on, which should be included in the total cost. I understand taking out trash, washing dishes, leaving the home tidy as when you arrived… but sweeping and mopping the floor? That should be done by the host. It seems that if you don’t purchase the maid service, the home is not professionally cleaned before the next guest arrives. The floors were filthy.. hair everywhere in the bathrooms. Shower/tub was dirty. Every kitchen dish needed washed before could be used. The home could use a deep clean & dusting.

I was so disappointed in the condition of the home. We ended up cleaning the microwave and bathroom upon arrival ourselves. The house smelled as if it had been closed in. The steps going in fell apart. The cleanup crew came a day early and had threw out part of our food before my nephew stopped them. The grounds around the private beach entrance and pool was trashed clearly not cleaned before our arrival. Even the furniture on the patio clearly hadn’t been wiped down or washed. Management never called me back to address these issues!

You have to go to an entire different location 10 mins away to check in. Secondly, you do not have dedicated parking on the as described on the profile. Third, the floor was dirty upon check in and the top cover on the main bed was filthy, covered in stains and hair; so was the under sheet on the bed. Forth, the location did not have all of the towels, wash clothes, and other bedding for the fold down or the couch bed; not to mention the countertops needed to be whipped down. Fifth, there is not enough kitchen pans etc to cook a meal, especially if lids are needed. Sixth, there was a constant smell of weed on premises and security would not do anything about it. Lastly, it states that its inspected by professional house cleaners, however it did not appear to be the case upon check in.

For the price we paid, we do not receive the quality of service or amenities. The porch was 1/2 repaired, the pool was not accessible, the sliding door glass was broken in the 3rd bedroom, the trash can was missing (stolen before we arrived) the 3rd leaked onto the kitchen table the day of my wedding ruining my eating area. I would like to request a refund of 1/2 of what we paid.
