“This is a beautiful home, roomy, and positive, quiet and gorgeous beach community! The house had everything we needed, and was as advertised. The ONLY neg is that the two upstairs bedrooms had openings at the top of the wall to the top of the beautiful main living space below. So noise and light from below were an issue if upstairs people weren’t the last to go to bed. Put early sleepers downstairs:) Otherwise, perfect!”

“Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Private, beautiful home, surrounded by marsh. Wonderful wrap-around porch to enjoy the daily breezes and just chill out with family. We loved the convenience of netting blue crabs with the grandkids from the dock just outside our front door. And the 2 minute walk to the beach was great - something we'd do every day. Low tide at this location provided access to tide pools full of terrific shell finds (during low tide) and wildlife. Great stay!”

“Wonderful house, especially for groups of friends or family. All of the bedrooms were great and all had their own bathroom -- so no one will feel like they got short changed. Living room and outdoor spaces are super comfortable for hanging out and relaxing. Kitchen is remarkable well-appointed for making simple meals at home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, though you should be prepared to drive 10-15 minutes to get to any shop or restaurant, though this adds to the idyllic charm. The best part, of course, is the proximity to the secluded beach--only a few minutes walk from the house. Better yet, rent a golf cart to easily zip down the beach and back all day long.”

“We loved the house. The floor plan was perfect for our group of seven. Individual bathrooms for each bedroom provided privacy. The kitchen amenities were as described, including appliances that we had not anticipated such as a waffle maker and a blender. Neighborhood was great for running and walking. The neighborhood was beautifully maintained, the beach was easily accessible. The birders in our group enjoyed birding from the back deck in the little lagoon as well as in all of the wetlands/lagoons throughout the neighborhood. Saw osprey, Tricolored heron, egrets, snowy egrets, night heron, king fishers and even some small birds like black-and-white warbler. Property manager was very responsive, even after hours. We usually had a response within minutes. We would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you for a great stay!!”
