“Bed was not comfortable at all my back is killing me now from sleeping on the sinked in beds both beds were sinking in……the view was nice and furniture needs to be updated completely”

“We had a great time overall, and the location was perfect for our beach getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to the beach soon! That said, there were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that we noticed upon arrival. There was hair in the shower and on the vanity chair, as well as some surface rust on the sinks and in the closets. The kitchen appliances and tools, including the toaster, appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned. There was also grime inside the silverware/flatware holder. We noticed stains on the bedding and quite a bit of sand throughout the unit, which made it seem like the floors may not have been swept or mopped before our arrival. Some of the surfaces also appeared to need a more thorough wipe-down. Aside from these issues, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the location. With a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance between guests, this would be a great place to stay. We look forward to visiting the beach aga”

“The walk from the elevator to the room was actually scary. We got to the room and the door looked like it had previously been broken into. Chunks of the door missing where the lock was. The bedding was different from the pictures but was clean. The nightstand was dirty. The bathroom closet was decent size. The bathroom was clean for the most part but there was some kind of sticky stuff on the floor mixed with hair in it. The place was dark and dingy. The main living area was ok size but the tables were filthy, couch pillows were disgusting, coffee maker dirty, drawer with silverware in it was dirty. I couldnt tell if it was bug feces or coffee grounds in the drawer. The pans were scratched ALL UP and had food burned onto them. Everything else in the cabinet looked like leftover bits and pieces of what things left behind. Worst part the balcony door had no lock on it and my grandson went out there and stood on a chair. Brad offered to come fix it but we just left. We didnt feel safe.”

“Place was definitely smaller than expected, and the hotel itself wasn’t the cleanest or nicest. Not many walkable locations but close enough of a drive to most thing. But my biggest gripe was the roach we found. Immediately got up out of there. If there’s nothing else available and you’re okay with roaches I’d recommend it.”

“Rental unit was clean, but could use some updating. No dishwasher resulted in us buying paper plates, cups, utensils as we did not want to hand wash dishes, etc. Furniture, kitchen, bathroom were all dated and need attention. Location of property was good. Pool area was well maintained but DJ music was so loud you could hardly talk to person next to you (know not a specific issue of rental unit, but worth noting). Pool area chaise lunges were incredibly uncomfortable (laying directly on hard plastic not ideal). We did find someone's used bathing suit on balcony and top drawer in bedroom contained men’s socks, underwear, etc. These I am guessing were left behind from previous renters but does make one wonder how thoroughly unit was cleaned when these items were not discovered and removed.”
