The condo has a spectacular view on all sides. It was extremely clean, the pool is an easy walk, as is the little dock you can go out onto. We had a wonderful time watching the birds and we saw a dolphin off the dock. The parking/gate key situation is a little tricky but overall not too bad and they personally delivered a second parking pass to the condo for us! Our only complaint is that the temperature inside the condo stayed between 75-80° the whole time and there were no overhead fans in the bedrooms. Bring your own if you are a hot sleeper!

Great stay. My family and I always stay at Mariner’s Cay and this was another great condo. Great marsh views.

My friends and I celebrated Juneteenth and Father’s Day in the unit. It’s a great space with beautiful views! Due to our age and mobility, the small obstacle that we had involved walking up 3 flights of steps to get to the unit and then another flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. In all, it’s an amazing place to spend the weekend!

Hosts are quick to respond, location was great, and was clean. But they only provide one key card for gate and does not offer a gate code. We had a large group with different schedules and its a fairly long walk to the complex, so sharing a single key card was inconvenient, would not recommend for groups planning to use Uber or travel separately. Theres an elevator located in the middle of the building, but unaware until end of stay, would have been helpful when bringing in luggage/groceries. There was mold in the washing machine, which was disappointing to find. The host approved a late checkout with additional payment, but despite this, the cleaning staff entered the apartment twice without warning while we were still there. I contacted the host to let them know people were repeatedly entering the unit. They apologized, but no effort was made to address the inconvenience beyond the apology. Location and communication response time was great but these issues made the stay frustratin

What a beautiful place to stay! This condo is located in a gorgeous private community and truly felt like a vacation from the moment we arrived. The full wall of windows overlooking the marsh provided breathtaking views, and the sunsets were absolutely unforgettable. We especially loved the screened-in porch and wraparound balcony, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the scenery. The location was excellent—just minutes from Folly Beach and about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, with restaurants, shops, and everything we needed nearby. The community pool was a huge hit with our kids and added to the overall experience. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook real meals, including cookware, utensils, and even helpful extras like food wrap and storage supplies. We felt right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this condo again on a future trip to the Charleston/Folly
