The Best Rentals

“I really enjoyed Best Rentals being the host of the condo we rented. Yhey were very friendly. They were very attentive and quick to respond to any and all my messages. They were super helpful. They tried to find my family a new place to stay once I tried to extend and realized the condo was already booked. The condo was beautifully situated in the marsh lands. It was very clean and tidy with plenty of room. They did a great job advertising, and I personally think they described the instructions for checking in perfectly. They made everything easy. I would definitely recommend to friends and family but more over I myself would be back in the future. Great vacation spot. Another amazing home away from home.”

“Residents don't like AirBnB renters!!!! The stay at the property would have been fine had we not had 2 rude residents approach us separately the moment we arrived making us feel unwelcomed. We were not aware or informed while making the reservation or prior to arriving that golf carts and LSV's are NOT allowed& had made a reservation for a street legal LSV for the duration of our trip. Upon arrival in the evening, a Karen in her 60's/70's informed us they are allowed. We received a call @9am the next morning that the vehicle was going to be towed. We had to quickly figure out how to get to our car, with our two very young children, and move the LSV in order to avoid towing fees. Our $400 LSV reservation could not be refunded due to late notice. In addition, upon arriving to property and unloading our bags, while standing at the elevator, another resident told my husband he can use the stairs. Also, drain in shower is clogged, internet for masterBR TV was down half the time”

“I did not realize this was a “3rd party” rental until well into the process. I prefer communicating through the Airbnb app; Best Rentals wanted to communicate off the app. Felt sketchy at first. Realized I paid way more (about 30%) by renting thru Airbnb, than straight thru Best Rentals. My bad.”

“This was a beautiful townhouse in a perfect location near Folly Beach. Great views and easy to walk or drive to the beach. Well stocked, very clean and comfortable. We had an internet issue during our stay but they were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!”

“Rental managed by another vacation company. I felt like they added on a lot of extra fees/charges that were not disclosed in the original Airbnb listing. Probably best to book direct with them in the future.”

“Pros: The house was clean. There were plenty of starter supplies. The kitchen is packed with necessities for cooking. Location is perfect. Patio furniture is comfy. Cons: The house is VERY slanted. I'm not sure there is a room on either floor where you don't have to walk up or downhill. And not just a little. The slant is substantial. There is nowhere to store clothes, except the closets that each have a handful of hangers. The TV in the kitchen doesn't work. The foosball table is an absolute piece of junk and not at all sturdy. There are needed updates throughout the entire house (broken tiles in bathroom floors, marks on walls, etc). The outdoor shower worked but the outdoor foot faucet did not. Workers from the company were sitting in their car at the end of the drive for long periods of time on 2 days. When we called the company, they said they were there for "something", but we never saw them actually do anything. Overall, the house is not that nice, and would not recommend.”
