“Location is great round some of the best restaurants in Charleston. Unfortunately, our room garbage disposal didn’t work. There was no dishwasher in it even though we noticed there was one in all of the other units and I noticed a little mold in the bathroom. The bedding was clean and comfortable.”

“The location was great. We enjoyed Baba’s, Annie Mae’s, and Holey Bagels for breakfast or a coffee and desert. Each are literally just a few steps away from the room. We walked all the way down King Street and enjoyed so much of the historic city. It was lovely to just stroll all day! The apartment was as described. The bathroom is exceptionally small and tight. The winding stairs to the bedroom were not ideal especially because the bathroom was on the lower level. Overall I would stay here again, but only for a night or two.”

“2 Charles was exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location to allow us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The off-street parking space was a welcome added bonus! We are in Charleston often and would definitely stay here again.”

“The house is definitely a real Charleston experience. It is on a cobblestone alley and is beautifully appointed in old Southern style. Linens were superb. It is located within walking distance to King Street, the Charleston Market, and the waterfront . It is on the small side and would be tight for more than 3 people (my opinion). Floors are creaky if that bothers people. The parking is a bit difficult, so we used Uber to go out to dinner which was very fast and inexpensive. Overall a great and comfortable stay with 3 adult women.”
