“Perfect stay for our family. Great layout, yard, and neighborhood. Very easy to get to stores and restaurants, and an easy drive to downtown Columbia. Super comfy beds. Fabulous, spacious kitchen. Blake was incredibly friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.”

“We used the house for a weekend wedding and had 10 guests. Blake did great communicating with us about location and our needs. The house was clean when we arrived. We had no issues with lights tripping as other renters had. Beds were comfortable. All the bedrooms are upstairs which should be in the description layout of the house. Overall we had a great experience and time in Chapin. Thanks for sharing your rental with us.”
