“This home was very comfortable for our family of 5. It has an open floor plan, spacious living area, and a little sitting area with an arcade game system with many game options (a big hit with everyone!). It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We were in the area for a baseball tournament at the Grand Park Athletic Complex, which was an easy 20-30 minute drive from the home. Lowes Foods and a CVS were very close. The Marsh Walk, with some amazing restaurants, was just a few miles away. Lots of mini-golf and homemade ice cream just a short drive away. Easy 12 minute drive to Garden City beach. We had a great time!”

“We stayed one night at this house. Some of the things we liked were the location. It was convenient to stores and restaurants. It was a short distance from the interstate. The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet. The house had several beds and they were comfortable. This is a perfect house if you have a large party. The things that could of been better were it was in need of general maintenance such as painting. There were a large number of wet towels in both the washer and dryer so we weren't able to use them. The trash bin out front was overflowing so no place to put our trash. These two things would have been a problem if we were staying more than one night. The pool was not clean. We had clear leaves and bugs from the pool.”
