“This was a very nice place! Me and my daughter had our own space! Only thing is third day i was contacted asking was someone over age 25 was in the unit because of security footage. After that i felt a little uncomfortable as I was being watched!!!”

“this is more of a elderly building there is a ton of rules and amenities you as a guest are not allowed to use especially for the price you pay there is no hot tub and only a pool that clames to be heated but is not i been staying in Myrtle every year since I was 17 and for the price I payed unfortunately I will not be staying at this location again the lights in the back bedroom and master bathroom flicker on and off and the eventually just stopped working all together we did however leave the place cleaner then we found it i suggest finding new cleaners who actually clean instead of wipe up a lil bit and party in your unit just my thoughts”

“The location was good. The bathroom could be updated. I agree with the other review regarding the bed being very squeaky and noisy.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, exactly as described, and had an amazing views. It was also very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 12 of us. The only downside was the parking situation. As a large family with three vehicles, we were informed only a few days before our stay that the unit included two parking spaces. Unfortunately, there was no option to purchase an additional pass, and there was no convenient nearby parking for our third vehicle, which caused some inconvenience. One other thing to note is that there are no bathrooms directly by the pool areas. The nearest restrooms are on the second floor, which may be a little inconvenient for families with small children. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property for its cleanliness, spacious layout, and beautiful views!”
