“10/10 recommend!!! Each bedroom had a private bathroom (shower & toilet) which was super convenient for 5 couples with kids. Beach access was SUPER convenient, short walk with private beach access. The pool was great as well considering it had a shallow spot for kids to play in, also had an outdoor shower which was great for rinsing the kiddos off after coming back from the beach. This is our 4th year taking a big trip with the kids and out of the 4, this place was 10/10 absolutely perfect. We brought up booking it again for next year’s trip. The host was very responsive & polite. If I could give 100 star review, I would. If you have a large group, don’t hesitate, this house is the best there is. Thank you so much & we hope to return next year.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this home. It sits on a corner lot ,you can see the lake and the ocean from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood, friendly people & we felt extremely safe in this area. The home was exactly as described . The house was very clean & had the little extra things you needed until you could get to a store. Like coffee pods, tissue paper , soap & shampoo. I loved that most of the rooms had their own bathrooms. Big plus when you have several people staying in the home. We would definitely stay here again.”

“one minute walk to the beach. the views are great. surfside is officially our favorite beach and area. the community is friendly and kind. the beach was not to crowded. the house was perfect it fit my crew perfect. the inside stayed cool. the pool kept everyone entertained 100/100. extremely pleased. we will be back”

“Place was well kept. Plenty of room for multiple families or a guys/girls golf trip. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and the appliances were top grade. TV's all over the place with big game room off pool. Great Views of the sound with plenty of covered porch's to watch the afternoon rain. Great spot. Eight minutes from Marsh Walk...bars, restaurants, water sports. It really had it all for our golf trip.”
