“We would not rent this property again. It was dirty upon arrival. The internet took us over 2 hours to get everything connected. Much smaller property than photos showed. So many things needed maintenance and broken that we was not aware of when renting. Pool was dirty and when we brought it to there attention it was 2 days before they came. This property was a total disappointment and definitely not worth the money paid until cleanliness and maintenance/repairs are fixed. This our first time using Sea Mountain and we fell they failed as well as the host. It clearly looks like they are more interested in renting the property continuously instead of addressing the issues. No refund of any money offered even when asked and multiple pictures sent to them of the issues and cleanliness. The house should been throughly cleaned and fixed. We love Myrtle beach and stay every year on other properties and they have always been excellent. We will return to booking with the previous properties.”

“Few things— handle on sink was broken off, no cooking mitts provided. Several lights and fans did not work. One of the beds was so uncomfortable, we had a member sleep on the floor. Overall, the house needs maintenance and someone to come in and fix light fixtures, provide adequate cooking supplies, and many more.”

“My family enjoyed our time here and it was spacious. The pool was perfect and we were so close to the beach it was amazing! I do wish I knew the fridge pictured outside was still there because we planned to use it for drinks and snacks. the only other things were one of the towels was dirty and they were supposed to bring new ones and didn't and also the downstairs bedroom ceiling fan didn't work and that room got pretty warm. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and would definitely book it again!”

“The place was spacious enough for 16 of us. Upon arrival we did find brown recluses, giant roaches and assorted bugs in the house. When grabbing a dish to use there was a long blonde hair on the plate in which no one there had that kind of hair. There was no ac downstairs like there was upstairs. We had to use multiple fans. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom did not work in which we had to find a breaker box to fix. We stayed for 4 days with 16 people and they only left 2 rolls of Toilet paper and 1 trash bag for the whole stay. The pool company came on our last day there and she said she pool had no chemicals at all meaning the pool was dirty the whole time we were there. Also the drainage in the sinks and upstairs bathroom were horrible and would not drain. We paid a significant amount to stay there and I feel the basic necessities were not met. The location was great though and fast response from host.”
