“This was a last minute vacation & took a gamble on this place. Location was excellent. Parking was so convenient. The decor was very nice in the inside. The outdoor furniture really needs to be replaced completely. It would really make this place worth the money. The flooring in the main living area needs to be replaced too. Too many uneven areas and some of it was even coming up. The game room was really cool but it really needs a good cleaning before each guest comes. The guests before us apparently left the kids out there alone and they shoved stuff in the pool table pockets so it took us a while to get the pool table balls out. The dartboard was unusable. The kitchen was well supplied and everything was in good shape except the frying pan which was unusable. The hot tub was very nice and someone came by and checked on it. The bedroom next to the garage had an air-conditioning problem, but they responded quickly and worked hard to get it fixed. Overall, a good stay.”

“This was perfect for my family. There were little things - the pool table was broken, some faucet handles fell off, etc - so, if you're looking for The Ritz, you'll be unhappy. If you're looking for a nice home so close to the water that you can hear the waves, accommodating hosts, and beds that feel like heaven at the end of a long day - You'll be as happy here as we were!”

“While this is close to the ocean, the house needs attention. As we pulled up, there were beer cans in the yard. Upon entering-It smells as though nobody has been there in a long time. There’s mold, and electrical issues (outlets don’t work) in the bathroom. Broken blinds on the floor in the bedroom. Overall the house was filthy (cobwebs, dirty floors, dust). In the kitchen-there were dishes put away dirty (think pulling out a coffee cup to find hardened tomato soup), there was a brown sticky substance on the countertop and down the wall between the kitchen and dining area-not sure what it was. The garage-aka game room-smells like cat pee, it flooded when it rained, and it is not heated. The floors are very uneven and dangerous for someone with balance issues. While there was a hot tub, there were no instructions and it not only have the cover on it, but another covering and a large bar holding it down-which I figured meant it wasn’t open-and as dirty as the house was, I can’t imagine.”
