“There were quite a few things that needed to be handled the kitchen needs attention also a garbage disposal should be installed. Towel and shower rods fell down from not being checked out before we got there. Beach chairs and umbrella were inoperable or too gross to use. Coffee tables were cheap and weak. Overall the place was clean and the view was beautiful. Almost made up for the things that were not right. We never received our welcome packet. Which made it impossible to inform people what needed to be addressed and I was incredibly unhappy with never getting a response to multiple attempts to reach out people. Working on your communication skills would serve you well for future guests. Also a little updating and attention to details.”

“We had a wonderful stay through Anchorage and would definitely come back! We stayed at Seaside Resort in NMB. The condo was clean and bright - and the water pressure in the shower was perfect! They had lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils. The resort itself felt very clean and smelled good - staff were friendly, indoor pool and lazy river felt clean and refreshing (outdoor pool was closed). They also have 2 rinse off stations after you come in from the beach which was helpful for large groups. The parking deck was VERY tight but there was an open lot across the street which was great. I liked that the keycards came on lanyards. The lockbox was easy once we found it - building is in a busy plaza so it took me a minute to find it. We received multiple friendly texts checking in and making sure we had everything we needed - but I did knock 1 star off for communication bc I asked a few questions and never got an answer. Very nice location, not overly crowded. Loved it!”

“Place is great as described and shown in photos. Checkin and checkout are an hour short, also key fobs required to be picked up from a diff location which is 30 minutes away”
