“We rented this home, expecting a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, it became an ongoing series of maintenance problems during our stay. We experienced multiple issues, including a malfunctioning, garbage disposal and leaky dishwasher repeated air conditioning problems electrical issues, no hallway lighting in a nonworking chandelier one of the bedrooms upstairs had no AC or electricity to make matters worse, I became locked in the bathroom because there was no door knob installed .Maintenance personnel were at the house repeatedly throughout a vacation disrupting our experience we had paid for. While workers were courteous they were at the house at least five times and some of the issues were never resolved. We requested compensation for these multiple interruptions and unfortunately, the owner declined. This home was not rental ready and these issues could’ve been resolved before we got there. This is not a property we can recommend.”

“House was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, pool, outdoor table with extra large sun umbrella and fire place in well maintained yard. Pool though only had one metal ladder for getting in and a bit shaky, ok for most but my elderly mother had issues using. Bedrooms were all nice with comfy beds and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Well stocked kitchen too! Would definitely recommend the place and stay again”

“A beautiful place in a great area. In walking distance to beautiful beach and we enjoyed kayaking on the salt pond right off the property. The view of the pond from the elevated deck was gorgeous. Especially at sunset. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us and the additional bathrooms were a huge plus!! We would definitely return.”

“We had a lovely stay here! The house was exactly as pictured and the property is beautiful and private. An easy drive into Newport with easy access to beaches. I highly recommend for a large group!”
