Sunrise Properties's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This is a classic property with so much to offer. This was our first time renting a vacation home, and we were very pleased with our choice. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay, and we were glad we chose to stay here.”airbnb

“The house was in all ways excellent: clean, great linens, kitchen with great cookware, and excellent backyard and pool”airbnb

“Great stay for our family beach week! Loved that we were able to walk to main st for ice cream, restaurants etc and the bike bath and parks for kids were close by. Quick drive to beaches. House was well stocked, back porch was nice for relaxing and AC worked well and saved us on the hot days.”airbnb

“We rented this home, expecting a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, it became an ongoing series of maintenance problems during our stay. We experienced multiple issues, including a malfunctioning, garbage disposal and leaky dishwasher repeated air conditioning problems electrical issues, no hallway lighting in a nonworking chandelier one of the bedrooms upstairs had no AC or electricity to make matters worse, I became locked in the bathroom because there was no door knob installed .Maintenance personnel were at the house repeatedly throughout a vacation disrupting our experience we had paid for. While workers were courteous they were at the house at least five times and some of the issues were never resolved. We requested compensation for these multiple interruptions and unfortunately, the owner declined. This home was not rental ready and these issues could’ve been resolved before we got there. This is not a property we can recommend.”airbnb

“This house was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were very comfortable. Best we’ve slept on vacation in RI ever. Having a king size bed was fantastic! The yard is perfect for outdoor games and just hanging out. The grass was nice and soft. Having the front and back decks were a nice extra. The area is fantastic. Walkable to many restaurants. Our pup enjoyed the daily walks to the wall. Thank you!”airbnb

“Definitely not worth the price i paid when neighbors payed half the price and had full control of A.C. the advertisement only mentioned central AC upon arrival notice locked thermostat at74° than after reading pamphlet it said 72° while not ideal 2° actually makes a big difference. But still never accommodated. We were told to open the windows at night and close them in the morning if we want it cooler. To top it off the rules specifically say never open windows and keep doors closed. So needless to say we were miserable sweating had to buy fans for 2 bedrooms the kitchen and living room totaling in 4 fans just to keep the hot air moving. We paid a lot of money for this vacation and a simple accommodation of AC. To top it off the AC return vent filter was clogged full of dust not properly maintained most likely adding to the issue. Also other larger homes were rented cheaper than what we paid on the same st. Also talked to other owners were shocked at the price and AC issues.”airbnb

“Was told we were too noisy and it would go on my arbnb record. Felt I was treated a bit like a child when a simple warning would've worked. Multiple phone calls and emails were unnecessary. I understand the challenges of renting and the house is locacated 1 minute from an active outdoor bar Boone Market. Overall we had a wonderful time and I really don't think it was sunrise properties and more how arbnb spoke to me.”airbnb

“This is my family’s second year spending a week over the summer in Narragansett and the house is mostly as described although it is located at a busy intersection and is only a few blocks from Boon Street Market. While the location offers convenience, it also comes with potential issues as we had people who had too much to drink at Boon Street show up at our door at midnight and claimed we stole something from them (even though we were not at Boon Street at all). Aside from the location, the house offers a good common area space for a family and has 5 bedrooms that were each a decent size. The porch is also nice and spacious although the traffic at the intersection can be noisy.”airbnb

“The house is beautiful, very spacious, and super clean. Walking distance to town with little shops and restaurants, and to the beach.”airbnb
