“While corresponding with LiveSuite representatives I encountered several instances of misinformation and just plain untruths. The first being the misrepresentation of the accommodations that I selected and then blamed on a glitch in the system. . When our time came to stay the room was still incorrect instead of having a double bed the actual room had two twin beds. I had to ask 4 times about a washer and dryer in the unit when I was finally told that there was no washer and dryer in the unit and then a few hours later someone came back and said ignore all other messages that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Ya know what....there was no washer and dryer in the unit. For the price that I paid to stay here the expectation is for you to deliver on what was stated and promised. If this is the standard of which you do business we should only pay half up front and then”

“Perfect location. The rooftop deck is outstanding. Life saver with our toddler… she was able to run around and be contained. Only thing- make no mistake. This is a Wyndham hotel. This is not an apartment, and the photos are just stock photos, you can be assigned any room. We did not have a room overlooking the harbor like I thought we would… instead we overlooked a serene parking lot. I’m sure this is in the fine print somewhere, but I didn’t catch it… just be aware when you book.”
