“Stayed here for a wedding at Castle Hill Inn and location was perfect! Loved that it was close to Safari Room, too. We had a great lunch there. We had 4 adults and a toddler and the living area was a bit cramped. Primary bedroom upstairs is perfect and easily fit a pack and play. The room had a musty smell when we first arrived but was better after airing it out with the windows opened.”

“I was asked to switch rooms in the middle of my 3 night stay. After driving 4 hours and needing to relax I had to repack and unpack all my stuff for one additional night. It was very stressful. Spent most of the time communicating with them phone and text. I paid in full for the 3 nights. The right up was very misleading this is not an unusual occurrence. The front desk said it’s a Friday to Friday operation. So they never should have booked me from Wednesday til Saturday. And when I said, I was not going to switch rooms because I had paid for it and was already settled in the Manager Sheila told me she would call the police on me. She did not even know who the Airbnb person that rented to me was. Overall, very stressful, horrible experience. After many many years of using Airbnb, I’ve never experienced anything like this.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Oceancliff. The room was exactly as described and recently had some nice renovations. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We would definitly book with this host again.”
