“Great stay close to Newport! Perfect size and location for a beach vacation”

“Very clean and great location, 3 minute walk to the beach!”

“The house is very well located and easy to find. We could walk to First Beach and Second Beach was very close, too. The house has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would want to find. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and we all had good accommodations between the house and the addition of the cottage. The deck on top does have a great view but we only used it once because of the yellow jackets which appeared as soon as we brought out food. They also showed up on the front porch so we did all our eating indoors. There is a nest in the eaves which needs to be removed. The air conditioning worked very well and we were very comfortable sleeping. The only flaw in the kitchen was the garbage can drawer which falls out when pulled out to deposit trash. Overall it is indeed a great place to stay with only two flaws - yellow jackets and the garbage drawer.”
