“Our Airbnb had mixed experiences. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and spacious, with clean linens. However, the linens in the twin bedroom were filthy, and the broken dryer left us with wet sheets after washing. Some door handles were broken, and one bedroom door wouldn’t close, compromising privacy. Although the fireplace was lovely, the cleanliness in the place was lacking; the fridge hadn’t been wiped down, and the cabinets were greasy. We contacted Vacasa, but their only solution was to send someone to clean while we were there, which we didn’t feel comfortable with. Additionally, a blizzard hit before check-out, and we struggled to find a shovel to get out; a family member had to come and assist. The sliding door to the backyard was broken, so we couldn't use that space at all. Despite quick communication, we were disappointed with the overall stay and won’t be returning.”
