AvantStay in Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania

“The house was neat, clean and well-equipped with one exception: No barbecue, which i think is essential for a stay in Lake Naomi. We purchased a small one at Walmart and offered to leave it but the owner said “no thanks.” Go figure. Also the house had a coffee grinder that we were told was not the case. Makes you think that the house manager doesn’t know the house completely. The exterior could use a good power washing. The screened in porch (which a lovely feature) needs new, well-fitted doors.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Pocono Pines. The home is lovely, perfectly located for exploring the area, and thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home. Everything was seamless and welcoming. Three days weren’t enough. We would happily stay again!”

“Enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and good location. Only thing is the extra fees if you have more than 6 guests in the house is not clear at first when booking. The host is responsive and understanding overall. Additionally there is a garbage fee for excessive garbage although there was a trash can full upon arrival so hoping to not be charged extra for garbage that was not taken out prior to our arrival. Overall the house itself is we clean and would recommend.”
