“great stay”

“Kasa was and overall positive experience. The building is really cool and nicely decorated. The unit was fun to stay in with a loft bedroom and 2 really great bathrooms. The view was outstanding. It was very walkable, which was an awesome change from my regular suburban life. We had a few hiccups along the way. The parking garage elevators were down, which made our arrival a little confusing. Also, we had a chirping smoke detector in our unit. We didn't get any assistance with it, probably because it was the weekend. We had a little trouble figuring out the fireplace, but we got it. And, it wasn't immediately obvious to us that the key fobs in the unit were needed to access the building. Our Keurig wasn't functioning and the bed was a little firm for me (that's just not my preference). Just a few things that tripped us up, but nothing "ruined" our trip. I would stay there again, and it would probably be very easy now that I know the ropes. I recommend staying at Kasa Southside!”

“Clean and great space in a good location. Easy parking in garage. Had trouble getting inside building while checking in is my only complaint.”

“Great neighborhood, good location, nice amenities, lacked basics, no kitchen utensils or frying pans, no hot water in one of showers, items fell off the shower, and window fell out of hinge and almost hit us. Also internet didn’t work properly. Overall needed upgrades to make it good.”
