“The location's proximity to Uber and other eateries made it highly convenient. However, the limited parking in the area did pose some inconvenience, though this was beyond the host's control. The host was notably informative and quick to respond, making for a pleasant experience. Thank you for the hospitality”

“The bad: First off, you can’t park anywhere within 3 blocks of the place due to needing a parking permit (and this is a problem in S Philly). Don’t contact them to ask where to park because they will just say “follow the signs.” The kitchen was dirty and had grease splatter all over the oven. There was hair in the bathtub and just generally not fully cleaned. There is also no microwave and a 2 seat couch, no other seating. Had the wrong code at checkin and needed to contact to change but they were helpful and got it done. The good: Location is decent and a safe area it seems. The master bed was very comfortable. TV worked with no issues.”
