“Fantastic house, great location for skiing. Huge master bedroom and kids loved the playroom and games.”

“Severe, untreated ice made major outdoor areas dangerous and unusable, including the hot tub, fire pit, grill, and patio, causing us to lose an entire day an a half of access to the amenities we specifically booked for. Although the host told Airbnb a team would address the issue, no one came. Instead, late the following day, a large bag of salt was discreetly dropped at the door, leaving us to treat the ice ourselves. This did not meaningfully resolve the issue and resulted in a significant loss of value for such a short stay. This was not a minor or unavoidable weather issue—the property was simply not maintained for guest safety in winter conditions. Additionally, the ground-level bathroom had a strong odor resembling rotting rodents, raising serious cleanliness concerns. This trip was meant to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday, but instead we dealt with unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The host’s $150 refund was inadequate, though Airbnb later issued a more appropriate refund”

“We had a wonderful stay and are very thankful for this property and the host. The place was extremely clean, both inside and outside, and clearly well cared for. The hot tub was a highlight of our trip—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay. When we arrived, the driveway was covered in snow, but after contacting the owner, they immediately sent a team to clear it, which we truly appreciated. The quick response and great communication made us feel well taken care of. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.”

“The place was overall nice, however we ran into a few issues throughout our stay. Upon arrival, the driveway was covered in a sheet of ice. Additionally a window was left open and dirt and leaves were on the bed. Lastly, the power went out in the kitchen area for about an hour.”
