“Our stay was disappointing due to the property's poor condition and communication. On check-in day, we didn't hear back from the host until 9pm, and we were left without a house manual or functional wifi for 4 days. The home itself needed significant cleaning and maintenance: floors were unvacuumed, hair and dirt were present throughout, and the vacuum on-site didn't work either. The master bathroom toilet wasn't flushing properly (we had to manually lift the lid each time), and when this was mentioned directly to someone it was quickly dismissed as a minor issue that went unaddressed. Kitchen pots and pans were stained, chipped, and burnt. Toiletries in both bathrooms had empty bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Half of the lights were nonfunctional. Outdoor areas: the BBQ grill was dirty, and the picnic table and lawn chairs had dirt, cobwebs, and dead bugs. The place had potential, but the lack of cleaning and communication issues made for a frustrating stay.”

“I (and the rest of the crew) loved our stay here! We had a quick weekend stay for snowboarding at Jack Frost/Big boulder and it couldn’t have been easier to get there. I was slightly worried if the parking would be clear for parking after the recent snowstorm but it was well taken care of whenever my crew arrived. Within the first night of our stay, we were already discussing coming back next year. It was a very nice stay with ample room for a crew of 6 people. Having 3 bathrooms was an especially nice addition, along with the board games and fireplace. We didn’t have any problems during our stay and are exciting to looking into when we can plan for another trip back!”

“The house was very clean. I traveled with kids there was plenty of games for them play. Very stocked with Tissue and extra blankets. We had a blast.”

“The pros were plenty of space for our family, great location, and clean. Cons were the kitchen cabinets and drawers were messy. The frying pans were not usable because of chipping Teflon & burnt on grease. The unit was more dated than we expected but it was still nice and clean.”
