“The home and location are beautiful. Spacious and welcoming. The host was very responsive. We arrived to bags of trash on the front door and the cleaning lady standing at the door not allowing us in. She explained she was not done. We contacted the host who explained that they needed an additional hour to clean. We were on the road for 3 hours but decided to go get something to eat. We returned an hour later. Trash still there. When we entered the home there was a toddler, unattended in the living room. We were told by the cleaning lady that she was not done. Our group as tired and looking to relax, we waited an additional 30 minutes in the home, while the cleaning lady attempted to finish. When she left, the towels were in the dryer, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, food scraps at the front door and around the kitchen table. The dishwasher was full. Furthermore, the BBQ grill was broken and dirty, full of food scraps, which was difficult because we had our pet.”
