“The good: This home was well laid out and large enough for our family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment/plates/silverware. The neighborhood is great and scenic. The beds were comfortable with clean linens and towels. The meh: The house is clearly an investment property owned/managed by a firm. The decor was glued down (including books glued to tables), which was so impersonal and impractical. Not only could you then not read the books but you also couldn't use the table since it was blocked by the glued down books/lamps/etc. Several items were broken, including a chair, and some chairs/items were missing. The host eventually replaced them, but it took several days. They sent out multiple subcontractors to take photos and they had clearly not spoken to each other - it shouldn't take three days and two people to take photos of a broken chair and bring a new one. That said, they did eventually replace and fix any of the items we reach out to them about.”

The kitchen looked completely brand new and was fully equipped, making it so easy to cook and enjoy family meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great every night. The entire place felt welcoming, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in the Poconos. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and beautiful place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“What a great spot! We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Poconos, had plenty of space for sleeping, a nice open kitchen for making and eating dinner, a lovely hot tub that was crucial for the chilly evenings. Beds were comfortable, linens plentiful, every room was clean and cozy. There were a few minor issues, like the toaster did not work, but that did not affect our stay or enjoyment at all. Very responsive management, we requested and received a fresh tank of propane very quickly.”
