Sweet Homes Vacation Rentals reviews in Yachats, Oregon

“This place was charming as far as decorations are concerned and it was in a great spot with a beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach for the most part. There were a variety of things in the kitchen to use as well. The cleanliness of the home was not as expected unfortunately. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I could count on it being clean.”

“One of the most beautiful locations for a rental on the Oregon coast. Unfortunately the home house a mouse problem as well as a few other issues. Found mouse poop multiple times throughout are stay and can hear them rummaging throughout the house at night . Maybe 20% of the windows function and quite a bit of general maintenance needs to be done throughout the home. We did rent towards the end of the vacation season on the coast. Property could be a 5 star if the house got worked on and pests were taking care of. Property management team did refund us a portion of our stay for all the issues but after reading older reviews seems like a frequent problem with this property. Would not rent again or recommend until those repairs were made and rodent problem was fully addressed.”

“This is a great beach house! Very cool late 1960s/early 70s house with original details and tasteful modern upgrades where needed. The house has everything you could need: throw blankets, dog beds, beach toys, ample games and puzzles, a very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great lighting, nice towels and linens. We loved the view from the back windows and deck and beach access points are very close. Highly recommend and we will be back.”

“Had a great time in the quiet relaxation of south Yachats. In town was quite busy during the Memorial Day holiday, but we were just enough off the beaten path in this place. Comfy, clean, as described.”

“Beautiful home overlooking the ocean with walking paths right out your front door. Conveniently located with just a short walk to downtown. We highly recommend.”
