“The most corporate Airbnb I have ever had. The key pad didn't work and the help number got my a very pleasant but powerless person in Florida. The while the Florida lady talked to a supposed local manager I never talked to them in person and no once seamed to know how to get the physical keys out of the lock box by the door. The whole proces took about 45 minutes. A few days later the guest at the main house on the property had a similar experience. That said once you are inside its a really nice place”

“Enjoyed our stay, it was exactly as pictured, quiet and cozy. The local manager was very quick to respond when we reached out with an issue and he came right over to help us out. Really appreciated how helpful everyone was. The home is walking distance to a few dining options and very close to the dunes or beach access. Parking was not an issue for us, but we only had a 4Runner. A trailer might be a bit trickier to fit, but there is street parking.”
