“Nice quiet and peaceful place close to the ocean.”

“Almost as perfect as the photos. We enjoyed walking to the beach; peaceful listening to waves when the tide was in. Night skies of stars & planets! Kids loved the game room. In the kitchen we would have liked a few more teaspoons. Also, a cleaning of cobwebs of the game room and lower bedrooms would be nice.”

“So as you may have read, the neighbors have signs protesting the use of this property. It is unwelcoming at first, but we had no interaction at all with the neighbors and in time it becomes no big deal. The location and neighborhood is the start attraction for this property. It's peaceful and quite with plenty of wildlife in the area. We had a deer visit the yard everyday and even came within 10 yards of us while we were in the hot tub. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but worth it. Only issue with the beach is that their seems to be no speed limit or little enforcement of the vehicles that travel on it. As for the house, it is in need of some upgrades but has a great lay out. We found everything to be in working order and sufficient. The kitchen was plenty good for our family and had everything we needed. The TVs you need to ve patient with. Game room was great and nice area to spend the evenings. This property has great potential with a little TLC. Thanks we enjoyed our stay.”

“The home is spacious, check-in was easy, and the direct beach access is convenient. The host/company responded promptly when we reached out. The biggest issue was the heat. We knew there was no air conditioning, but the house was extremely hot upon arrival and didn’t cool down until the next day. Only two window fans were provided, and one barely worked. We asked about additional fans or a portable AC unit, but none were available. The listing mentions a beach view, but the view is mostly of the grassy dunes. We also felt uncomfortable seeing neighboring signs saying “Homes not motels,” “I'd Rather Have a Neighbor Than a Motel Next Door 16 People per Night in a 4 Bedroom Home SERIOUSLY?” which affected the atmosphere. Other issues included inconsistent shower water temperature, weak Wi-Fi and cell service downstairs, firm beds, and a kitchen that wasn’t as stocked as expected. Overall, the property has potential, but the listing could better set expectations.”
