“Great location and really cool cabin. The floors were pretty dirty when we arrived and the kitchen utensils/ pans were a little grimy. Had to deep clean the cast iron pan before use.”

“This was our second time staying at this home.The first time they were minor things. Broken screen door but nothing major. We did report, but going back this time the back screen door is still broken. But more so we got to the home and it was completely dirty. The previous guest's dirty towels and betting left on our beds. Laundry on top of dryers/floors, cleaning supplies left in the stairs. Outside garbage FULL, only 2 garbage bags for a 4 day stay with eight people. Not enough towels for eight people for 4 days. Agent stopped responding on additional towels or garbage bags. We had to wait for check in an additional three hours because the house was not clean and they could not track down the cleaner for some time. Once the cleaner came to finish, one of the beds was never even made leaving dog hair & human hair in bed. Never came back to clean. Refunded, two nights, however, not a full refund of half our stay. HOUSE FLAT OUT STUNK and felt dirty all around & over priced for filth.”

“Home was advertised as pet free. Prior guest must have had a dog as sofa on main floor had been urinated on multiple times. Home reeked and no place to sit. Disgusting. Clearly the property management team failed to report and address before next rental which was us.”

“The view is magnificent. It is of the estuary/bay about a mile from the ocean with only wild spaces, trees, water and wildlife. It is a short drive to the beach front - and at least for our stay, was preferable due to fog on the beach. The hot tub is a treat and the furnishing are all nice. There were all the amenities for cooking that we needed. The Airbnb is on a narrow strip of land (maybe 40 feet wide) between the shore and the road. There is road traffic but not terrible. The management company responded quickly but not necesssarilly helpfully. For example, they do not accommodate early check in or out at all. The only problem we had was at check in. the management co insisted on a 10 digit code for the key pad. However, this brand of key pad only accepts 4 digits. They were responsive but insistent to use this wrong code. It actually looked like a phone number that had been put in the wrong place. Eventually they told us about a lockbox and we got in.”

“Disappointed in the stains on carpet and dirty bathroom rugs. The walls were dirty and need paint and lots of dust. There was no ocean view as advertised and getting to and from the beach was difficult for older clients.”
