Avari in Waldport, Oregon

“We had a wonderful time with our family celebrating a birthday. The house was very clean and in a perfect location right on the water. While Avari management was very friendly and supportive, response time was fairly slow. Luckily we didn’t have any urgent issues, but I can see how a problem could arise with the delay for a more urgent matter such as being locked out of the house. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again.”

“The house is kept in good repair. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Gorgeous views. Queen bed is comfortable, but there’s really not enough space to keep your travel bag in the room with you. We had to keep our bags just outside the bedroom door. No access to the water. Landscaping is quite overgrown and neglected. Picnic table was pretty dirty with bird droppings on it. The hot tub had a pretty strong chlorine smell. Not so bad that we couldn’t use it though. Hot tub jets are working, but are pretty weak. Hot tub area is private. Traffic is pretty busy outside and you probably don’t want to sleep with the windows open upstairs. Neighbor is friendly and spoke with us about the area. Grocery store is close by.”

“We enjoyed this home very much. Great beach and easy drives to Waldport & Yachats. Perfect for the dog with fenced yard. Kitchen well stocked and labeled for ease to find. Simply comfortable & perfect for us.”
