“Well, this is the most unfavorable Airbnb review I’ve ever left. There are a few factors . 1. This place is very different in person 2. Odors - per urine smells, filthy area rugs 3. I called and spoke to someone regarding this property- I told them the intended use - stay immediately post op R total knee, I asked about cleanliness, walker clearance, etc. I was assured it was appropriate. 4.cost- when it averages $500 a night my lowest expectation is cleanliness. I asked for my cleaning deposit back- I guess I’ll file a dispute w air bnb, if that doesn’t go anywhere I’ll move onto my credit card company. I was disappointed upon checking in - poorly maintained- missing molding, loose fixtures, out of 4 bulbs 💡n bathroom light fixture 3 were burt out, broken decor on table, fans that didn’t work, etc. I had a major surgery and didn’t have the bandwidth to fight w them . Long hairs in the sheets, white crust on the sofa, dust bunnies everywhere- what a waste.”

“The house is as pictured - the home is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the construction is new. The train passing through late at night was a bit disruptive, but otherwise the location was convenient for our visit.”

“This AirBnB was perfect for our stay. We chose it because of the game room and the televisions in every room. Everything was thoughtfully decorated with beautiful artwork and pretty patterned pillows. The kitchen opened up to the living room, which was convenient. The backyard’s view of nature was exceptional. All bedrooms were comfortable. The huge miss was privacy in the bathrooms. There was nothing to cover the windows. We realized from the backyard you can completely see into the master bathroom, esp at night. iTrip was quick in response to the concern, although mostly to say it matched the photos. The trees do give privacy, but there is a street beyond them you can see and hear. It was uncomfortable and shook us up a little the first night. We did makeshift covers and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Location was great for why we were visiting. We would definitely stay again and bring temp shades. Overall, a wonderful experience and smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!”
