“This is a difficult review for me to write. Guesty management was outstanding and very responsive. They sent me things that were not in the Home and I really appreciate that however for the price paid the Home was seriously lacking what I would expect for that price point. It is a 30 day minimum rental and was poorly stocked in terms of linens, towels, & kitchen items. Furniture and kitchen items were of very low quality. The mattresses were terrible, but I was sent toppers from the owner and that was appreciated. No grill in the backyard just a basic table and chairs. The location is great, but I don’t know if I would rent here again.”
