“This is not really a standard Airbnb, it’s a furnished rental so you won’t be provided with the basics like paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper or coffee. The windows all have window treatments but “light filtering” is generous. One of the beds is comfortable the other two are terrible. We had a hard time communicating with the AI assistant and were offered early check in but never got the door code. When we arrived the ac had been turned off and it took 24 hours to cool the upstairs (during the summer). It was a rough first night. Basic cleaning and maintenance tasks aren’t getting done, like changing air filters, grout is very dirty. There weren’t any extra blankets or curtains.”

“We stayed here for about 3 months due to some unexpected construction in our home and overall had a good stay. Great Park isn't the most convenient but this is closer to Sand Canyon which is helpful. Amenities like parks/pools are nice, and despite some alarming incidents nearby (and a coyote one time) we found the area quiet enough and peaceful. The house looks very much like the pictures but has some wear and tear, and we needed maintenance help numerous times (blinds, toilets, garage...). They were quick to send a handyman or tried to fix things. Some random things that stood out: -It feels like it's meant for tall people (counter height, shower etc) -Not all windows are fully covered -Great AC/cool downstairs -Master bedroom mattress is very comfortable and good blackout curtains but the other two rooms less so -Lots of closet/dresser space but only one small desk/chair -Downstairs tile floor echoes/can get loud -Dining chairs not very comfortable”

“Hot tub was broke most of the time we were there and pool isn’t heated till the end of May so couldn’t use that either, these were part of the reason we picked the property. We had problems with ants in the apartment.”

“I had a great two-month stay with Month to Month. The team was cooperative, responsive, and professional throughout my entire stay. The home was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The mattresses and pillows were especially good, which made a big difference during a long stay. The entire experience was very smooth — from self check-in, to the full length of the stay, and even the check-out process. Everything felt easy and well-organized, almost like staying in your own home. I did encounter a few maintenance issues during my stay, but the team handled them with care and attention and made sure everything was addressed properly. The only small suggestion I would add is that the kitchen could benefit from a few additional utensils and appliances. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely book with them again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for the great service.”

“Nice long-term pet-friendly rental with multiple workspaces for those who work from home. House is as described and in a very quiet and walkable area near lots of restaurants and shops. The hosts are very easy to get in touch with and respond promptly, which I appreciated. Something to note is that the house is not very well stocked, maybe since it's a long-term rental they expect guests to bring their own items. The kitchen is ok for very basic cooking; we had to bring our own salt and pepper, spices, oil, ziploc bags, kitchen towels, potholders, etc.... Even had to bring our own trash bags and laundry detergent. Not many extra towels for a minimum month stay, especially if you have more than two people staying. Overall though I would recommend this rental as it's a good homebase with lots to do nearby, and the hosts are very responsive if you have any questions or issues.”

“The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything was good with our stay. They did make me do some extensive paperwork and inspections during check-in, though. Not sure if that's a new thing for all airbnbs, but it was my first experience ever needing to do that. Utilities are not included so a security/utility deposit is required as well. But aside from all that, this is a good location and would recommend to anyone looking to stay near the marketplace.”
