“We had such a wonderful stay at Surf Perch! The space was beautifully designed, with a great layout and an aesthetic that was both stylish and inviting. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, and the Airbnb was well equipped with all the essentials. The only downside was there was a portable floor unit that circulated air, but it didn’t cool the space very effectively. Because of the beautiful wall of windows that receives direct sunlight, the space can get quite warm. Thankfully, there was a small fan available, and we opened as many windows as we could to help make the temperature more comfortable. We made it work and still thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“Ocean Front & Dog Friendly home was a great property for a multi-family vacation with pets. Oceans views were fantastic, private beach access is a short walk walk away, the home was exactly as depicted in photos, and was throughly cleaned, well supplied, and had thoughtful touches like games, movies, books, and puzzles for all ages. The property is a very short drive from Newport. We would stay happily stay again at Ocean Front & Dog Friendly!”

“Location was wonderful. We would stay here again for sure! Secondary beach access was convenient and we had beautiful sunsets. The stairs to get down were a little steep for the older crowd and the bushes could use a trim. Beds were ulta comfortable. This is walking distance to a few restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet. Beach is peaceful and great for agate hunting at low tide. Is very close to depot bay and Lincoln city if you want more tourist activities. Cons: the house could use some basic upkeep. Was missing blinds or they were broken. Stairs to beach need thorned bushes trimmed back. For a house rated for 10 guest the amount of dishes were lacking and you need to wash after every meal.”
