“The house was great and very well equipped. It was very comfortable for the size of our group (2 grandparents, family of four and an adult friend) and located close to fort rock park. The bikes were nice to have and we made good use of the large kitchen and living spaces as well as the SHARC passes. The hosts were responsive. We did have a couple of issues pop up and while they were responsive neither issue was resolved and it meant we could not use the hot tub for part of our stay which was a disappointment. Overall we loved the house and its location.”

“Overall we had a lovely stay during our trip. The location is stellar - right on the biking path and walkable to the SHARC pool (passes provided!). The interior was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the (very!) hot tub. There is a gas grill that was not listed - and we were happy to use for dinners. Take note that your phone signal may be terrible (like ours, we have Verizon and were unable to reach the host on location). We had a very difficult time getting into the home because of the signal issue and calls were dropped when calling to get support. Be sure you have your code before arriving. The company is responsive but were not at all flexible re: checking in/out. It felt a bit impersonal. Parking was a bit confusing - clarity needed. The cleaning could have been better - there were several areas with hair on tables/floors. The kitchen lacked some items (saran wrap, zip locks). We loved the complimentary bag of Sister coffee beans though!! We had a great trip and love the area.”

“The house itself was amazing, once we were able to get inside. The management company did not send the door code, didn’t help us when we called them and I had to reach out to Airbnb to get inside. I had my whole family in the driveway for 30 minutes in a panic. The house had a well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor space and was very comfortable for a large family get together.”
