“we check in which was fine however there was a stool at the kitchen counter that was not attached broken, was not as clean as most airbnbs, the electricity went out the management company told us to try to flip the switch on the breaker in the garage which we did not have access to as well as did not send an employee to flip the switch very unprofessional, I worked on from airbnb internet was down, the day prior to leaving while on a work call the HOA sent workers to redo the siding out side the unit, management company gave us no warning nor was unaware when I called them. It was a beautiful area but the unit needs updating and the management company should be on top of issues. it definitely was not worth the cost nor the issues that remained unresolved. This management company is not up to airbnb standards.”

“Freshly remodeled, great price. Well equipped. Very clean. Only slight negative was antiquated heating and cooling.”

“The unit itself was nice but the listing was not accurate about certain amenities. The hot tub and pool are not for condo guests so the only hot tub is up at the SHARC. The main issue was with check in. We were given the wrong door code and instructions for a touch screen lock. The door does not have a touch screen and it too a long time explaining this to multiple people before they started helping with a solution. It took over an hour to get into the unit and by that time the SHARC was closed so we didn’t get to use it on our first day. The management called me to ask got they could make it up to us and we asked what options were available and were told they would get back to us. It’s been two weeks and no one ever emailed or called. I will avoid Avari in the future.”

“Cute place, the hot tub was very nice. Good location Was disappointed that there was no coffee provided or even coffee filters provided”

“Nice location. Very quiet. A little over decorated which could be overwhelming to some. Beds could be a little more comfortable.”
