“Check in was at 4, we arrived at 4:30 to see a utility van in the driveway. The man came out of the house and asked us to give him more time because he was working on the televisions. We got into the home around 5. It was dirty. Dead flies in the big tub for the master bathroom. Dead flies and ants all over the house. None of the tvs worked. The top oven smoked out the house after being preheated. The sliding door upstairs did not lock. They had a board to be placed in the door. House was not clean. I called to complain and it took multiple calls to finally get through to someone. The guy I talked to was very rude and said I was lying about the tvs. Finally a manager called me. Refunded my cleaning deposit but did not do anything for the late check in or other issues. Will not rent through them again”

“Had a wonderful stay at this location. Saw some deer the first morning we woke up! Peaceful and just lovely. We don't need much so everything was adequate. Needs a bit of small upkeep things like sheets and linens need to be replaced, knives sharpened etc but overall great value great stay. We brought our own bikes, blades and activities, we were out doing things around Bend so didn't need to use the house items much. (Small things like Bikes not usable, punctured tubes. Water temp quickly turned cold earlier than expected. Games and books not well kept. We didn't use the hot tub other than just looking at it.) Recommend to any family looking for a reasonable place to stay for good value compared to surrounding homes.”

“Sunriver is such a charming town and the perfect base camp near Bend. The house itself was spotless, incredibly spacious, and fit our group perfectly. After a long day of hiking, winding down in the private hot tub was the ultimate highlight. Highly recommend this spot!”

“Our stay here was wonderful - the space was very peaceful and the outdoor patio next to the lake was a favorite. This was my first time staying in this part of Sunriver and I would definitely recommend it and this condo.”
