“Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids stayed here very comfortable. Great size for a large group with plenty space for everyone. The indoor pool was a unique feature. Appreciated the child locks on the patio doors to the pool. Felt safe. We paid for pool heating 4 days in advance of our trip expecting it to be warm but it was not. They came out on the second day to turn it off. I’d recommend letting them know what temperature you want the pool to be before your trip. Not sure if that was worth it for us, but otherwise all was amazing! Wouldn’t hesitate to book this!”

“I will say the management company was responsive which was nice. The other nice thing was how close it was to the Sunriver village. However, the pictures of this home made it look a lot nicer than it really was. Very outdated, counters were dirty, downstairs bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain, the downstairs shower had not a good functioning temp control. Not a ton of seating if you have a big family coming and not comfortable chairs at that. For the price of this place that doesn’t offer sharc passes or AC you could find a better and nicer place with all of the amenities for around the same exact price. Carpets were dirty, some pans were dirty, bugs and Cobwebs everywhere. Lots of towels were available which was nice. Fan remotes didn’t work which was a bummer considering it was hot and this house had no AC. The tv remote wouldn’t work half the time either. You couldn’t use the garage to put your bikes in or anything they have it locked off. Pretty disappointed.”
