“Cute structure but could use some TLC for the price. The place was relatively clean and about 10 minutes from Newport. But the hot tub is ancient. No ice trays or ice maker in freezer. Screen fell off the sliding door on first attempt to open. Window shades didn’t slide up and down well. Kitchen not well stocked. I wouldn’t recommend overall.”

“We had an amazing time! The view was spectacular. The beach was very easy to get to and walking on the beach was awesome. There were very few people on the beach it felt like you had it all to myself.”

“The home has a beautiful view, a great layout for families, and an easy, scenic walk to the beach. Unfortunately, we did encounter some issues. The downstairs bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival, with puddles on the floor and hair and a yellow liquid in the shower. There was a strong fragrance/odor in the downstairs kids' room that concerned us. The upstairs shower has a large gap under the door, with instructions asking guests to point the showerhead away from it. (This isn't effective in preventing leaks -- we had to use the other upstairs shower, so we effectively had one full bath instead of three.) Guests are asked to start laundry at checkout, but detergent wasn't provided for us. With better cleaning and attention to some maintenance issues, this could be a wonderful place to stay.”
