iTrip in Seaside, Oregon

“ITrip Northwest’s Seaside place was in an excellent location close to Broadway shops and the beach. The size and layout was perfect for our family of four and a pet. Cleanliness was lacking in that I had to vacuum one of the bedrooms on arrival due to visible sand on the floor. The outdoor garbage bins were also full with nowhere to put any garbage we had.”

“The house had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. The only downside we found was it’s close to vicinity to a wastewater treatment plant.”

“The place is spotless and well maintained. We loved the kitchen and entertainment room. Great location for family vacation. I’d recommend it.”

“Booked this Airbnb for the volleyball tournament with a group of 8 people and although the house was big enough for us, it came with a few issues. When we arrived there were no sponges to clean dishes with and we had to buy our own. They were very responsive with messages and immediately reimbursed me for the sponges, which I appreciated However, the house needed updates and wasn’t well stocked for our group. They gave us only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a 4 day 3 night stay for 8 people, with no extra rolls anywhere. There was also a leak in the bathroom downstairs from the upstairs bathroom, but they said they would send someone out to check it out (don’t think that happened while we were there) The last thing was the beds and linens/pillows were very old and uncomfortable. I’d like to give them a higher rating because the size of the house and location was great and they were very responsive, but they need some upgrades to get your moneys worth”
