Large house with plenty of room for our large family group. So many stairs though, which was fine for our mostly under 45 group. The only issue we had was that the garbage cans were mostly full when we got there so we had to take some garbage with us when we left. Clean linens and bedding. Close to downtown Seaside and beach access.

loved the house, l wished the would have sent the check out procedure the day the entry code was sent, not late the day before check out. I didn't have time to check my phone until after we had left. I felt bad that we didn't do everything we should have.

Excited to spend Anniversary & Mothers Day here! Pros/Cons of our experience: PROS: Location: Secluded, less touristy area, but easy to get into town. A great trailhead steps away from the door. View: Set a little back from edge of cliff overlooking the ocean. Well-equipped. Enjoyed puzzles, large jetted tub, good amount of space. CONS: Listed as “Entire Home”, but is a “Condo” with a neighbor upstairs. Price ($380/nt) vs. Condition & Quality of Amenities: Low quality Toilet Paper OK quality sheets and living room blankets Back Door doesnt lock. Floor in need of repair. Cleanliness: Hair on shower wall in Main Bathroom. Dirty Dishes in dishwasher. Crumbs on couch. Marks from trash having been drug out on kitchen floor and outside unit to dumpster. Also, the refrigerator often makes high pitched ringing noise. View: Being the bottom unit, and set maybe 20-30 yds back from edge of cliff, there was more limited ability to see waves and shore from the unit or back porch chairs.

The location was excellent, truly loved the view and being so close to town. The house was very spacious, especially the great room on the second floor with ocean views. The furniture was dated, but not too bad. When we checked in, an upstairs window was left open and could not be closed due to a broken mechanism. It was a cold day and we had a baby and child in the house; we needed to be able to close the window. The management company was quick to respond but very vague on details for a timeline to fix. It was eventually resolved but not without hassle that but a damper on the stay.

Positives: I appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to the beach. I also really liked the shower! The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. Drawbacks: This is a 400-square-foot studio that is smaller than it appears in the pictures. I do not recommend staying here if there are 3 people in your party. There is too much furniture, and too-large furniture, for the space. If you fold the ottoman out into a twin bed, you basically can’t walk around the room. And the twin bed is very uncomfortable; you feel bars in your back. The kitchen is not entirely functional. The oven hood is so low that you have to duck to see the oven controls. Some of the pots and pans were not clean. The internet was not working during our stay. Avari responded to my messages but didn’t propose a solution to the problem until day 2 of our 3-day stay. Avari also provided dishwasher detergent and sent a message reminding us to run the dishwasher—when there was no dishwasher.
