“Clean updated simple home that was perfect for our family of 4. The pack and play for our child was at the unit as advertised, which was one of the main reasons we stayed here. Neighborhood was quiet with not a lot of traffic which was an extra bonus. Two odd things I noticed was that the water and ice dispenser on the front of the fridge were not working. Instead, there was a separate Brita type filter inside which was fine, which was a nice substitute but it needs to be fixed. Another thing was that we discovered was that the front of the fridge had a small pool of water after we returned from being gone all day. This happened a few times, where I had to clean the floor. There must be a leak somewhere from the fridge. I'd highly recommend this gets fixed as well, as other guests would probably not like the floor getting wet and not knowing the source. Other than the fridge, the place was spotless and clean and looked as advertised!”

“where do I start.... I've never left a bad review in my life. Avant as a management company isn't bad at all. Very nice people. The home owner is a cuck and the surrounding community are a bunch of old Karens. If you are on two wheels... don't If you vape or smoke outside...don't if you want to use the advertised fire pit.....don't If you want to just stay at a place and mind your own quiet business... don't if you want to have a conversation outside...don't if you want to walk the road..... don't In hindsight, my welcome email literally was a nice way of saying that the neighbors are completely vile human beings that are super salty that a rental is on their hill. Accused by neighbors of stealing firewood...but there yard is full of downed trees and no evidence provided. Accused of having an inferno like "bonfire"...with only 3 logs in the pit Accused of smoking on property but had old crabby ass neighbors following us on the road. Literally not enough characters to finish.”
