“Beautiful view, just above the waves. Lots of road noise. Kind of musty, especially in the ground floor two bedrooms. A little run down. Did I say beautiful view?”

“The house was a great little space for a retreat. The views were wonderful, and a short walk to the beach access trail. The home was cozy and very clean upon arrival, plenty of linens and kitchenware. For our family of 5, I would say it was pretty snug (1 teen, 2x 10year olds) so we did bring a blow up mattress with us just in case. The couch does convert to a bed which was nice. Great location, easy drive to downtown Newport for exploring. We were fortunate enough to see a lot of sea lions swimming in the ocean headed towards Newport from our back deck! Would recommend!”
