“The details were not very accurate regarding location of the home, it sits right next to the highway, they have a really nice deck, but no deck furniture or chairs, but it is very loud so maybe thats why. The beach access was also not accurate, it was very steep and hard to menver for older people. Most rentals have a few staples like coffee, spices, board games, cleaning supplies, there were none. There is an issue in the bathroom with hot water and flickering lights, that was uncomfortable, the shower doors don't close right so the floor gets flooded. Read other reviews that had complaints, they are all spot on. We made the best of it, and I will remember to read the reviews the next time we rent.”

“As a single dad of two under 5 kiddos and a 5 month old pup, the home was great. I had rented this place for my mother’s 69th birthday and we made it a trip to remember for the kiddos. Be sure to stock up on water and other essentials you’ll need if you don’t want to keep going back-and-forth to Newport. Plenty of counter space and a very big refrigerator kept us clutter free and drinks ready to serve. Having a washer and dryer available after long days at the beach kept the kiddos clean for all meals. Private views and very limited beach wanderers. The house is nestled in between Newport and Yachts. Good food and activities are all around. You just have to be proactive. Hopefully the next guest will enjoy the fans we left. during the day the house keeps in heat, but that coastal breeze cools off the entire house for comfortable and relaxing evening. For parents, this great locations and lots to do to keep the family busy.”
