“The house is amazing! It fit our family size perfectly. Our kids loved it! Sitting on door drinking wine and watching the sunset was so wonderful. And the quick access to the beach made it easy to spend a lot of time on the sand while still being able to get to the bathroom or house quickly! One thing I thought was odd was there was no cleaning products. So we couldn’t disinfect or wipe down the kitchen surfaces after cooking. There also was no foil, plastic wrap or ziplock bags which I feel are staple kitchen items that should be provided - especially if you are staying for an extended period of time. It has exactly the beach front house vibes you are looking for. We will definitely be back!”

“We stayed at the beach house for a long weekend. The house is both cozy and spacious. The views of the beach are gorgeous. We really enjoyed walking on the nearly private beach! I’d love to stay again.”

“My wife and I travel mostly via Airbnb, and this is our worst experience ever. It is filthy, neglected, and unsafe for families. Security & Safety: Door knobs were fake on the front door and there is no way to lock the garage or basement entrance. Kitchen smoke detector was completely removed. Bathroom floor has severe water damage and is sinking, and leaking into basement A broken beach-access step was "repaired" with driftwood. Privacy & Check-in: Had to check in an hour late because it wasn't ready. A repairman walked right into the house unannounced while my kids were on the couch. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Mold on the fridge gasket and bathroom ceiling; dirty trash can; entire house was filthy. Living-room-to-kitchen wall covered in an unknown substance. Half of the window screens are missing; the rest have broken or missing blinds. We initially stayed quiet to be nice, but this is too much. Avari Management Oregon needs to address these liabilities. Avoid this rental.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Seal Rock. The beachfront location was absolutely beautiful, with easy access to the beach and stunning ocean views. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to relax after exploring the Oregon coast. We especially enjoyed listening to the waves and watching the scenery right from the property. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway.”
