“We stayed at this property in Rockaway Beach and unfortunately had several issues that significantly impacted our experience. The WiFi was essentially unusable throughout our stay. With limited cell service in the area, this made it difficult to stay connected for basic communication and work. We raised the issue during our stay and were told that weather could affect service and that nothing further could be done. However, conditions during our visit were clear and calm, and the lack of reliable internet made the stay much more difficult than expected. We also noticed cleanliness and maintenance issues, including stains in the upstairs bathtub and rusty utensils in the kitchen. The location itself is nice, but overall the property did not meet expectations due to these issues.”

“Twin Rocks is stunning - we traveled there in June so spent our days on the beach and exploring the local area. The house is dated so will not be for everyone (although I think it is nicer in person than in the listing photos) but it suited our needs. The second-story deck was the perfect spot to sit with our morning coffee / enjoy the view and the backyard / beach access was really lovely. Overall we had a great experience.”

“So here’s my honest review about our stay: 1. Upon check in, we notice that there’s a very distinctive smell specifically on the groud floor. 2. The trash was not emptied from the previous guests. 3. When i say, there’s a bunch of insects in each bedroom, believe it and see it yourself. 4. The whole place is dusty and in need of good deep cleaning, specially when the listing says they cater a family friendly stay, they might as well consider make sure that the house is cleaned very well before saying so. I was able to communicate with the manager of the property and they were able to address the issues on the bedroom but it still not clean enough for me specially the linens feel dusty and it trigger some of our family member’s allergies.”

“This rental fit what we needed. The upstairs had a strong bacon smell and several of the pillows and blankets were stained. The house could have been better cleaned. Overall was an ok rental.”
