“Mostly good. There was no sewer smell or anything like that. Also any uneven floors or sloped ceilings didn't bother us at all. There were however a lot of small things wrong with the place. Wifi doesn't work. It connects, but is too slow to watch anything on TV or load things properly. Dishwasher "out of order". No wine bottle opener. Bathroom soap doesn't really work. No coffee provided. Lighter out of fluid. two backyard fence panels falling off. Lots of little things like that. Don't expect a lived in home that operates well. It is more of a sparsely stocked vacation rental.”

“Can't beat the location and the ocean front property with private beach access. Huge windows to enjoy the spectacular view! 4 king size and 1 queen size bed for comfortable sleeping for all guests and 3 full bathrooms were a major plus. The home is old and smells like it upon entry, kitchen could use an update. BBQ grill advertised does not work, so plan accordingly!”
