“Beautiful location with amazing beach access…literally walk off the deck onto the sand. The kitchen, dining and living room overlooking the oceanfront is perfect with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms decent size. The downstairs mini-apartment style room was perfect for our college student with mini kitchenette, king bed and full bath. Owners had plenty of outdoor sand gear for folks with younger kids. Understanding based on the location why necessary but steps to get in (both front door and garage) a little steep hosting my 80+yr old in-laws. Hopefully not an issue when too sore we used the cement ramp on the side to walk up to go onto the deck. Opportunities: hot tub averaged 98-100 which was too chilly on the OR coast w/temps, rain and wind. One of the biggest reason we selected the place was for that and unfortunately could f enjoy it. Meredith misspoke on coffee pot allowing cups. Overall, great place and stay. Just little feedback.”

“Pros; location to the beach and kid toys. My son loved all the toys and was one of the main reasons I booked was how kid friendly it is. Being right on the beach was great. Cons; the ' mudroom' smelled like horrible dog pee. We had to keep the door to that room shut to keep from the whole place smelling. And the key pad being the only way in but it was on the street side not where you actually park. The door to the parking lot should have the key pad on it instead. Having to lock the parking lot door from inside since you couldn't lock it and go out that door then go out the street door and lock that and then having to walk around the building to our vehicle was not convenient. All other units used the parking lot side this seemed to be the only unit that had an extra door. If you could park on the street side it would make more sense to have it there and would be nice but it's more of an alley and definitely no room to park. Loved the location but wouldn't book again due to smell.”

“Nice, walkable location in a residential area. Great living room, comfy bed, and awesome fire pit! Had an issue with a smell in the bathroom, but the management company was very responsive and sent someone to look at it right away. Hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while, but the key components (sheets, towels, shower, toilet, sink, fridge, etc.) are clean and tidy. As someone with an allergy to laundry detergent, I also appreciated that they use allergenic-friendly soaps.”

“It was a cute little place. However there was mold on the seal of the fridge and also in the shower.”

“We had a peaceful stay here and loved the direct access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Even though there are neighbors to either side the place felt private inside and it was very quiet and restful. It feels a bit corporate, we had some issues getting in, and a few appliances had issues but otherwise a great weekend!”
