“The location is a 10/10, the room was a little below decent. 1. WiFi was completely unusable and what I reached out was told “we will let our team know and get back with you” nobody ever got back to me or fixed the issues. 2. We went to use the microwave and it started arcing out the back of the microwave and making loud pops, I communicated and this and was asked to send pictures and was again told; “we will let our team know and get back to you” I was never gotten back to and we left the microwave unplugged the whole trip due to this. The rest of the room was interesting, this has got to be the loudest bed I’ve ever laid on… if myself or my partner adjusted at night it was loud enough to wake us both up, the rest of the place is very poorly repainted a dull gray with the previous baby blues obviously showing behind everything. All of that being said, the location is fantastic, you can walk anywhere and if you’re just looking for a roof, this place is perfect for that.”

“Absolutely beautiful location! We would’ve been happy just sitting in the living/dining room and watching the waves through the huge windows! I injured my knee and needed to avoid stairs. When I messaged with questions, I got an immediate response, but lacking in the detail that I needed. It took 3 days for me to get the details that I asked for, and by that point it was too late to find another place. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs, one bathroom, one bathroom, deck, Living and dining room upstairs. There are 15 stairs with a rail to the rest of the house. There is no alternative way to get up to the main part of the house other than going up 15 stairs indoors or outdoors. Beach access is 1 house away but you have to climb over uneven rocks and it is difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There is a boiling hot water dispenser in the sink that should be labeled to avoid getting burned. We loved our stay here, but accessibility should be clearly stated on the listing”

“The house was great, lots of light and cute decor. Nice and close to the beach. My only problem was the response to the few questions we had (where was the spare bedding and the coffee pot was missing) there was a quick automated response, where they said they would get in touch with the local team, but then they never got back to us.”

“The place was very nice and clean. Lots of kitchen supplies. And nice stretch out space for 10 of us. Could walk to beach and nice deckfor outside eating. However they only provided " starter packs" of essentials. So we had to go out and buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pids, and dishwashing liquid. They only provided 5 dishwashing pods and with a house which accomidatws 13, that is insufficient. It needs to serve up to 13 people for a week, at least. Also, no indication of when to put out trash bin. It was full because of previous users, and we just got lucky and saw trash truck and got it emptied. Also, we were told by a neighbor there was free recycling. They provided an indoor bin, but nowhere to dispise of outside. We drove the recycling to a center to dispose of..certainly not the tenant's tedponsibility. Besides the great house accomodations, etc it wasa great checkout process. Didnt require extra clean up on our part...good policy.”

“the house was ok,needs upgrades for sure. few things were not working when we got there like hot tub,a burner on stove,and ceiling fan. the bedroom with bunk bed had ladders that were unsafe. no oven mits for stove,backyard was very over grown(need to be mowed),plus a big empty lot next store with a huge backhoe which was a eyesore. I didn't feel the cost to stay was worth it with thing not working properly.Also was little disappointed that there was no TV only DVD player with only 3 movies fir kids. Other than the house was spacious with nice size living room, dining room and descent size kitchen. I mostly like would not rent again.”
