“The townhome was very nice. Only a few small things keep this from being 5 stars. We requested an hour earlier checkin but it was not available. No worries, that's understandable. Since a 10 am checkout time is so early compared to other places we've stayed, we requested 11 am checkout. It was available for an extra $30 plus tax, which seemed very unaccommodating. Their office was quick to respond to all questions, which is always appreciated.”
