“House was overall fine. I did not like that the living are was a step down from the entry and kitchen. The floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were visibly dirty when we arrived, which was unfortunate. We also had issues with the TV. There really should be a book of instructions at the house specific to its electronics, etc. We figured out the TV wasn’t working because it is plugged into a ln outlet that is controlled by a light switch that was turned off. The light switch is easily mistaken for the lamp near it and is understandable why it would get flipped off. This needs to be updated.”

“Place is nice with a great view of the golf course. It has a well-stocked kitchen and nice master suite. The water pipes are kind of noisy, though, and the washer needs to be cleaned of mold. The outdoor area is really nice but the stability of the railing is a bit concerning. Main complaint is the management company itself. The gas fireplace wasn’t working and they kept saying they would send someone local to fix it and that never happened. After a few tries, we gave up and were not able to use that listed amenity.”
