“House was overall fine. I did not like that the living are was a step down from the entry and kitchen. The floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were visibly dirty when we arrived, which was unfortunate. We also had issues with the TV. There really should be a book of instructions at the house specific to its electronics, etc. We figured out the TV wasn’t working because it is plugged into a ln outlet that is controlled by a light switch that was turned off. The light switch is easily mistaken for the lamp near it and is understandable why it would get flipped off. This needs to be updated.”

“The home itself was very nice, a great place to relax for a few days. The management team however made the check in and out process very difficult. We did not receive a lock code for the front door with any of the check in messages. After several unanswered emails, we called and eventually got a code to the lock box that contained a front door key. Thirty hours after our check in time we did receive the front door code. We had to send an email to get the check out instructions. I would not rent from this management team in the future.”
