“Amazing place, immaculate and a great location. It does say “entire home” on the listing but it’s actually a guest house above the garage of the primary home. Not a big deal just surprised us when we showed up and the photos/listing make it appear to be a standalone home.”

“Really great house. Perfect for stays with kids. Everything is new and beautiful. AvantStay is a fantastic property management company in terms of being responsive and helpful. I have used them many times, and I continue to be impressed. The only issue I had was with the BBQ, which was so dirty it caught all of our meats on fire when we used it the first time. I literally had to remove the grates and the under grates and clean them and then clean and scrape the base of all of the ash, residue, grease and all that. When you spend the kind of money we spent on the house -- having to do that as a guest is a giant no-no. My only other complaint are the Brasada fees - when you can't check in until 4 pm, they should pro-rate your first day. But that's not about AvantStay -- that's really a Brasada Ranch issue. Highly recommend this house and AvantStay.”
